Hugh was born September 27, 1942 to the late Daniel J. Mahany and Mary Louise Huggins. Hugh was a native of Tybee Island where he grew up, attending St. Michael’s School and later returned as a full-time resident. Mark Hampton Snow, 64, passed away peacefully on April 24th, 2022 in his cherished city of Savannah, Georgia of which he called home for over 30 years.
